if someone's parents have passed away and the sons name is not mentioned on the kisani vikas patra. how can the legal heir can claim the value on certificate?

contact with the concern post office with such KVP along with your: 1- legal heir certificate, 2- Death certificate of the deceased, and 3- No Objection certificate (NOC) issued by other legal heirs.
