Girlfriend Denied Marriage After Spending 10 Lakhs On Her Needs.

I was in relationship for 10 years with my girlfriend. I spent roughly 10 lakhs on her needs which included flight tickets, hotel booking, allowance when she was studying in USA for food, transportation and shopping. She had given me and my parents assurance of marriage but now denies marriage. Since 2022, i have been asking her for marriage but she made excuses but never said no to marriage. What is the law against cheating, fraud and breaking promise? She is in Hyderabad and i am in Ahmadabad.
