My wife's uncle persisted my wife to put 498, DVC, MC on me, as I tried to avoid their family after marriage, and bcz i told my wife not to communicate with them. My wife being raised by their family took this personally and followed in her uncle's footsteps. This happened 1 1/2 yr back, the cases are still on trial. My wife told me this recently and she also told that he took our gold and he is denying the fact now. My wife came back to me now realizing her stupidity. Is there any way I can punish this criminal legally for harassing my family and me from past 1 1/2 yr
