first send a legal notice by lawyer... to hand over documents... if they didn't then uh may complaint to the police station or file a writ petition ... before high court

make a complaint against them in concerned police station n lodge a FIR

issue notice through advocate for cohabitation and also apply verified copies of marriage certificate and related documents to marriage register office
