    m saying that if she wants to live with her husband then solve the problems with mutual talks otherwise take divorce n live happy

    filing of cases n making allegations are not the only option to settle family disputes as these relations are too much sensible n when things will not cm as per u then u can go for litigation

    in family disputes.. there are much more chances to get separate means divorce as in 90% cases after disputes husband n wife can nt live together

    doesn't matter that in whose name the property is registered but if it is ancestral property then no body can restrain her from entering in house and if her laws deny her to enter then she can file a case n ask for shelter in her matrimonial house

    she can go back but it will create problem for her that once if she removed all her articles from her matrimonial house then either her in law's allow her or not but if she does not want took take divorce then suggest her to not remove her article from there
