Family Priperty Share For Women?

My Grand father has 3 Chailds, 1) My father, 2) My Uncle(babay), 3) My Aunt(Menatha). My uncle Was died. He has wife and 2 Male chailds. My Aunt was also married. My Grand father also died. My grandmother was in with my father. My Grandfather was write a partition in white paper, in that paper he devided his properties into 3 parts, 1) is His own 2) is My father 3) is my Uncle(Ma babay valla avida Pinniki) , in that white paper he write ' I have given a 4Lakh rupees to my Daughter as Doury. so, i don't give any share to my Daughter' In that paper my aunt will not sign, but his Husband was signed. after my grandfather died, all his Fields changed to My grandmother, now we will partition the property into 2 parts 1) is for My father 2) is my uncle( Ma Pinniki). But suddenly my aunt will send a notice to my father and my uncle as i also want share. But actually my grandfather was settled the amount as she want in the marriage time. my grandmother also give lots of gold, but there is no proof for all of that. Now we will provide the Sahre in that property mustunshouldly or not? is there any chance to my grandmother also want share in the Property?
