file a suit for divorce under ground of cruelty and also file an application for child custody. you may file suit against your wife for defamation as malicious intention in circles Court and as well as in criminal court.

take ur mom nd dad with uh.. Nd register complaint against her... if police didn't register it then send the complaint by post to the SHO of police station

no on both of the matter no need for strong evidence... thy can easily harass uh in both matter
