first quash Ur proceeding against 498a .. quashing means.. all proceedings will b stopped against uh... uh will b free from that matter... after quash the matter ask her to withdraw all matters against uh... after that uh may go and file for divorce either by urself only or by mutually consent of Ur wife.. for more info uh may call at 9871417072
