How To Close 498 Case

My wife put 498 case on me and my family members 1yr back . Today me and my wife are living together. The question is how to close the 498 case without involving my family members bcz they don't want to get involved in my relationship and don't want to attend the court after all the fuss that happened. We never attended for 498 case atleast once, nor the court has ordered for attendence. Our first attendence is due in Nov 2017. Thanks in advance for your responses.
