    Mr.Hitesh mishra is wrong in his view: 1st thing is to be noted that his mother in law is receiving family pension and having lot of properties and bank balance. so she cannot succeed in her maintenance case against her son. moreover her son and daughter in law are also dependant to her.. section 4 of maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizen Act is very much clear. 2nd thing is to be noted that her daughter in law can lodge a dowry harasment complaint against her mother in law even after 7 years. That is maintainble complaint. only it wont be applicable to s.304-B of ipc- dowry death. so both views are not correct
