file a complaint in Senior Citizens Act in Sub Divisional Magistrate of your area and get order in two months for all remedies
N secondly ur sis in law cant lodge a polce complaint against ur mother in law of dowry
secondly make a will in which she can settled all her property in the interest of right person
a police complaint against both n throw them from the house of her
start off with a complaint, that generally soothes the matters up. if that doesn't help, you can go on with an FIR.
Better to do is throw away them from house. Afterwards any legal action may be established.
In my view, Better lodge a police complaint in the local jurisdictional police in Rajasthan and safely take ur mother in law with you to delhi with help of the police.
Mr.Hitesh mishra is wrong in his view: 1st thing is to be noted that his mother in law is receiving family pension and having lot of properties and bank balance. so she cannot succeed in her maintenance case against her son. moreover her son and daughter in law are also dependant to her.. section 4 of maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizen Act is very much clear. 2nd thing is to be noted that her daughter in law can lodge a dowry harasment complaint against her mother in law even after 7 years. That is maintainble complaint. only it wont be applicable to s.304-B of ipc- dowry death. so both views are not correct
