get a letter signed by the girl that she's leaving the house without permission and she is voluntarily leaving the house without any force or coercion from you and file it in the local police station. also file a Writ in the High Court. regards,

why they wants her to give affidavit.. there is no compulsion to give it to police officials but if she thinks that she would face any problem by her parents then she can file complaint against them and also get direction for protection or restrain her parents to communicate with her
