i love my relative girl and registered a marraige but can not live together now she say that marraige was forced. so i say okay then go and apply divorce but she say no case against local court void a marraige . what i do .

file case for restitution of conjugal rights. court will refer matter to arbitration to whether she want to cohibit with you or want to take divorce.

You can file divorce case in the Courts in whose jurisdiction 1. marriage took place 2. You last resided as husband wife 3. If petitioner is lady then the place where she resides.
