Matter Between Wife And Husband

my wife filed Dv case from Nashik I stay at younger brother house at ghatkopar one issue born my flat which belong to my father age 69 at thane Mumbai has grabbed or have possession of my wife even police also told us bring court order if u want to stay in Peace?i have own Rcr sec 9 decree expartee in my favor with due of conjugal order in next month .in Dv case I have got interim maintenance to pay rs 5k for which I have Appeal in session Court and simultaneously I have filed in Mumbai high court under crpc 482 . my question is what steps are there and what till date what order have been passed in Dv act and can it be Appealed 2) I am applying divorce under desertion and cruelty after getting divorce can my father or i can evacute her from the residence or I we have to file civil suite?
