i am d eldest daughter in a family. I have one younger brother n one sister. we all are married living with our families. My mother passed away 9 years back. My father who is 76 years old, facing negligence by his son. his daughter-in-law also mentally harrass him. They don't look after him n denied of giving food. Although they live in his house, he is also getting his pension as well. Please guide me what step can be taken in this case. I just want my father to live peacefully n with dignity.

Hi , your father can file a case under section 125 Cr.P.C for maintenancee. The court shall direct tour brother to give a certain amount as maintenance every month.
