my father I in-law has got property. This is his self owned property .He's got 1son and 1daughter. He wants to give all his property to his Son only. Is it OK legally. Can the daughter also get the share of the property of her father.

If they are absolutely a self owned properties, if he is hindu, he can give to anyone according to his wish.. this is self acquired property of your father in law they only have all right , title or interest .so he can transfer to anyone. daughter doesn't have right in this poperty.
