court gives a time of 3-4 months , in that period 3 to 4 dates happens and then the matter will be sent to court again on the that date which was earlier decided by the court. mediator will send his Report that matter is settled or not and if u want to take more dates for mediation then in court u can ask for some more dates to settle the matter

many cases are sending in Mediation Center from Court for settlement. which is probably 3 dates.
