  • Mr Yugank, search warrant is issued by Magistrate on a criminal Complaint for man missing. In your case there is no man missing involved. Your wife was forcefully taken away by her parents and you know where she is. There is no man missing in this. You will not be able to get your wife back in years if you file a case for restitution of conjugal rights. Filing of Habious Corpus is the only way open to you now if you want to see your wife and live with her. If money is more important to you, forget her.

for search warrant you have to file a complaint in police station then if they failed to get her then you have to file a case in district court it's better to file a writ in high court n ask for custody

  • Mr Yugank, you had a long discussion with me on the matter. I gave you the right advice to file a Writ of Habious Corpus before the Bombay High Court. Ms Mridula arranged a lawyer for you at Bombay. Yet you didn't act as advised. There is no utility of raising the same question in a different garb.
