    If you both are meeting in between and if there is any physical relations in those meetings you will have no case for divorce. If marriage is not consummated that itself is a good ground for divorce.

    There is no time limit for filing a petition for divorce if grounds for divorce as per Sec. 13 of HM Act is available if parties are Hindus. In other cases also it is so if valid grounds are available. Desertion to make a ground should not be self inflicted.
