apply for the same in the concerned department and get a duplicate copy of it....or if you took birth before 1988 then there is one declaration where you can say that you don't have any birth certificate rather you heard that such an such is your birthday.

Now Birth certificate not needed if u produce Aadhar.. 10 marksheet if not u can convince with TC... GUD LUCK..
