Dispute With Tenant While Renting A Property With Agreement.

My father and mother stay in the house (two stories) in the same property where an dispute has occurred while renting for a shop (490 sq. ft.). My father executed an agreement on 07/11/2022 on the basis of verbal discussion and in hand written format (Bengali). My father executed a 2nd agree agreement on 12/09/2022in typed format however on the basis of revision of the first agreement and in a more formal way. (Bengali). My father intended to rent the property for 11 months but there are many deviations from the original deviation in the first and 2nd agreement, in area and renewal, these things were not carefully and seriously reviewed by my father.
