I have paid a lease amount of 1225000 rupees 40 days back, but still, the landlord has not provided me home. He still has to pay his old tenant 5lakh rupees, because of which old tenant is not leaving home. He is just pushing the dates forward. I have the signed agreement along with me. Please help how can I deal with this suituation.

Serve a legal notice to either handover the peaceful possession of the leasehold property or refund the lease amount. If he doesn't then file a civil case under specific relief act for the compliance of the contract. Alternatively, you can lodge a complaint with the local police for breach of contract and cheating.
