Asked in Marriage
Dear Sir, You can marry her as per following Supreme Court judgment. ================================= Nobody has right to interfere if two adults get married, says Supreme Court NEW DELHI: No one, either individually or collectively, has the right to interfere in a marriage between two consenting adults, a Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra said on Monday.
firstly you don't need to convert your religion as court marriages are governed by special marriage act*Phone*so no need of conversion. secondly for the purpose of your protection you should write a complaint to S.H.O or you can also write to SDM or DSP and ask for protection. As per hon'ble SC it is their duty to provide protection

This is my response to you: 1. You will have to get ready for court marriage; 2. Consult a local lawyer, have witnesses and register the same; 3. To convert to Hinduism, you will need to give up all the practices of Islam and adopt all the rituals and practices of Hinduism; 4. It is better you do court marriage and register yourself for the same; 5. In the chance of her father filing a case against you, file an FIR against him for threat so that you are at all times protected.
