Marriage Legal Or Not

Dear Sir, If marriage took place after divorce it is valid otherwise it is invalid.

If you have proof to show that you have married and are husband and wife then you could file case for divorce if don't want to continue as husband and wife

You need to file an application for declaring your marriage null & void

plz update whether she has already divorced ?? if u don't have marriage certificate but has photos of ur wedding then u can apply for marriage certificate.as it is mandatory to have . u can contact me*Phone* .
