Inheritance Of Late Childless Persons Property From A Muslim Family.

We are only two full sisters & 14 nephews & niece are inheritors of our late child less brothers property but non of brothers are alive. Supreme court given its verdict on the basis of a compromise formula enter between the two parties. 1. Can 2 full sisters claim 2/3rd share of property of their late childless though a compromise formula.. 2. In compromise verdict is it compulsory to adopt personal law ? 3. Can sisters consider this as a Kalala property as per Holy Quran & claim 2/3rd of share as a fixed Quranic heirs & 1/3 for the nephews & niece as residuary heirs.
