Salary Recovery

Whether recovery of salary or termination of service is legally justified where a candidate, who validly completed B.Sc. from Magadh University (2021–2024), had during the course of such study taken admission in another undergraduate course at North-Eastern Hill University, appeared in the first semester examination in June 2023, and thereafter discontinued the course (which stood automatically cancelled), without obtaining any degree, and did not disclose such discontinued enrollment at the time of employment, especially when no false qualification was claimed and no benefit was derived therefrom?
