"Claimant Must Proof Original Owner Had Knowledge Of Possession Of Claimant"

Original owner's whereabouts are not unknown from 1982. He has no legal heirs. A person forged documents to show he is legal heir and sold me land in 1998. I have my name in mutation records, electricity bills etc since then. Now government suo motu took action and cancelled forged legal heir property transfer restoring it to original owner with help of civil court. Now if I want to claim adverse possession. How can I meet Supreme Court's directive "for adverse possession claim, claimant must know who is the original owner and owner had knowledge about possession of claimant." When original owner is absent and have not come before 1986. How can we fulfill "claimant to prove original owner had knowledge about his possession"? Will my adverse possession claim succeed. Or it will be rejected on the ground that i could not prove original owner had knowledge about my possession. Please answer!
