Matter Regarding Partition And Khatauni Rural Area

My grandfather sold land in 80's. But in khatauni shares still not updated yet. Rather it's showing combined joint share with seller. I don't have original registry with us. And he is not showing his side of registry and claiming he bought 12 bissas from us, but my father is saying 9 bissas were sold actually. I tried to update khatauni real time with courts, several years passed, still no resolution.
