My grandfather's name is muniyappa in patta and udr and sale deed (executed in 1956) but my grandfather's real name is chikkamuniyappa . How to register it to all his legal heirs . Varis and death certificates have the name chikkamuniyappa . Now I want to transfer the land to all his legal heirs . How to do it ?
