My property is in jajah, all father's property is occupied by my cousin brother,  they are 2 brother, I m alone, there was 2 party as my father was 2brothers now they are saying it will be divided in 3e part.

Is your father's property an ancestral property or self-acquired property or ancestral property if it is ancestral property then even your cousin brothers will also have a claim in the property.

Send them a Legal Notice first & a complaint to the police.
