I am planning to get a partition suit for common shared land property and need to stop the construction/changes to the existing shared property. Do we need the valuation for all the lands including sold? Is EC is mandatory for filing the partition suit. What will be my next step on this? I have already filed a legal notice on this and no response has become for more than 3 months.

EC is not Mandatory, But Propeety Papers are Needed. One can get any Property paper from Sub Registrar. Since you have already sent a Legal Notice have Confidences with your Advocate. He will know how to handle. In case Your Advocate feels he will not able to or you can take Advoice from any Advocate on this Forum for your relief.
