There is common pathway or road for two families (us and neighbor), My house have onegate to enter the path and now I want one more gate or entrance (additional one) in the far end of my house. Can I open one more entrance?? The path is exactly facing my neighbor house and for me it is in the side of one of my compound wall with one gate connecting the pathway. My paper shows I have right to use but didn't specify I could open additional entrance.

if it is not botherable / putting hardship for neighbour then u can certainly add another entrance

since you have equal rights , you can use, if at all, gates are opposite and way is narrower, negotiate with them and fix it

Practically all the property owners are using gates as per their wish, you can use. if possible take permission from local body
