    firstly, lease agreement & tenancy agreement are to opposite pools. if it is a lease agreement, u are entitled for recovery of possession, subject to violation of the terms therein but in the event of tenancy agreement, u can evict the tenant, subject to issuance of Statutory notice under local Rent Act, inter alia on the ground of ur reasonable requirements
