I need to add a last clause in my will of self acquired property. "In case any of the parties raises objection to the division of my self acquired property & approach the court, the party who has objected to the division loses his rights to the property & this property shall be sold and the amount shall be equally divided to the other parties". Is this legally valid. If valid, please advice how to property word the clause to make it more professional clause.

this clause will made ur will invalid and illegal, so don't do this.

Such type of will are not valid under civil law. Agrived party can approach the court and court would decide that the will was executed through free willingness. You can not stop any party to approach the court, by mentioning a clause in Ur will.
