Waiving Of Later Fees Charged On Car Loan

I took a car loan of Rs 2,90,000 to buy a second-hand car which had to be paid in monthly installments of 10535rs for 36 months. I was only able to pay the 15 emis on time and rest of them started to get delayed due major financial crisis. At the current time, I have repaid the loan amount and the interest rate but I am unable to pay late payment charges which total Rs. 56000. The agreement value was Rs. 3,79,260. The asset cost was Rs. 4,25,000. I have paid the full agreement value. Due to a financial crisis, I was unable to make payments for about 2 years for which I am charged Rs. 56000 (I am unable to pay this amount as I sold all my assets to repay the agreement value.) Can this amount be waived off? How can I proceed with this matter?
