FAA Adjudicates The Appeal

The First Appellate Authority has adjudicated my RTI appeals. 1) The present appeals are partly allowed 2) aggrieved parties they may file second appeal within 45 days at the address below. The said order of FAA is undated. he has not discussed any of grounds of appeal. I had requested the concerned First Appellate authority to recuse himself from adjudicating the appeals filed by me . The FAA has mentioned about my recusal letter in the said order . A) Should I file Individual appeals or one single appeal against all orders. B) grounds of appeal are not a speaking order, FAA has not at all discussed grounds of appeal etc C) Can I plead that the orders should be set aside since the order is passed by a FAA whom I requested to recuse himself from adjudicating the appeals. D) Legal sanctity of undated order. E) Time available for appeal is 90 days and not 45 days as mentioned by FAA
