WEARING CRICKET TEAMS JERSEYS' IN SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a budding content creator who makes cricket-challenges related content on social media, I wanted to know if I can legally wear IPL, International Teams, and other leagues' teams jersey for my content, Also. these jerseys, especially IPL ones have lot of sponsors, so to avoid that can I re-design them to just remove the sponsors and then wear it (still having same design, colour and official logos)?
