The court issued non bailable warrant against the accused but police reported the court that accused does not live at the adress given by me. I have mobile no of accused but police not calling on mobile the accused.The accused is roaming freely but not arrested by the police .what should I do now?

Dear Sir, Police will be having so many jobs in case of serious offences. In many cases Police not having man power to arrest the persons against whom warrants are pending. Better approach the higher authorities as suggested earlier.
