You have various options. Consumer Court filing, writ petition in High Court, Filing of RTI subsequent to giving application in writing to the vice Chancellor of your University and if action not taken asking the certified copies of the directives given to the college to return the documents. You can also send a legal notice. Approach as per your economic feasibility.
