Refund Denial From Travel Agent For F1 Bahrain Race 2026

Hi, I paid ₹50,000 as a booking amount to a travel agent for the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix 2026. Two days later, the Iran–Israel/US conflict began. Due to safety concerns, I requested cancellation. I have not paid the remaining amount (total package ₹1.4 lakh). The agent shared a Pro Forma Invoice and a bulk corporate booking invoice for the race tickets. He is refusing a refund, citing a non-refundable policy and claiming the ticket is already assigned to my name. However, the tickets were purchased in bulk in November 2025 and are generally QR-based, not name-linked. If I hadn’t booked, the ticket would still exist under their bulk purchase. What are my options in this case?
