Mis-selling

I was mis-sold an OnsiteGo Extended Warranty plan for my air conditioner by the retailer Sales Emporium under the representation that it was a Panasonic Extended Warranty. However, I later discovered that the policy is actually an OnsiteGo plan and does not provide the coverage that was represented to me at the time of purchase. This constitutes a case of misrepresentation and misleading sale, as I purchased the warranty believing it to be an official Panasonic Extended Warranty.
