Appeal Against Interim Order Passed By District Forum

Consumer forum at district level has passed interim order to appoint commissioner for measuring construction area of house in appeal for execution of exparte order passed in Jun 2016. The builder has raised his point that he has done extra construction which was not raised in original complaint.The judge has made concluded the EA as dispute of construction area and its payment which is grossly wrong. As he has not gone through original complaint which was filed by me for delay in possession and compensation for that. Can I file Interim Appeal in state commission against this..?
