Can I Sue Lalpath Labs For Wrong Report

I went through a test with lalpath labs. They collected the blood sample at home and gave me a positive report. However, I also went for a confirmatory report from another lab and found results to be negative. I let the lalpath labs know, they asked me go through the same test with them again and this time my report from them was negative. So clearly the first report from them was wrong.
