Consumer Appeal

One of clients wanted to file an appeal against interim order of district consumer Forum. His production of documents, amendment application and also evidence is closed as a complainant without him getting chance to present his case. Is anyone aware or can take the matter at state consumer Forum? Under what section can appeal or miscellaneous application be filed?
