Consumer Case Against TATA Motors

we purchased new tata safari in 2012 unfortunately got accident after one month then we left vehicle in tata showroom to get it in re condition but the tata company took nearly one year to get the service done... after long time we got our vehicle but still so many problems were unsolved... the floor of the vehicle was creating huge vibration when the vehicle was in running and also there was huge noise of air entering into the vehicle when the windows are in closed condition. also after service once i was running the vehicle the left front wheel bearing was totally crushed but by god grace nothing damage was happened to us or others. so we asked service team regarding the problem faced after service... but those people given very bad response about tata service... they told we cannot give 100% recondition what are the service given yet is final. so we appointed a lawyer to fight against TATA car poor service on 2014 initially the advocate issued notice to all concerned authority's. Tata people asked us to settled down the issue outside the court. at that time our advocate informed us to file consumer case on tata motors and not to do settlement ... we belived him lot and signed to the case copy and we gave that case file to him. but our advocate didn't filed case till 2017 ... but he was lying up to 3 year like case was running... when I forced to give case no then he filed case in april 2017 and gave me the case number unfortunately judgement declared in June 2017 as the case was time consuming n dismissed. we completely ruined by his very bad unethical professional move... now the vehicle condition is very bad to take it back... even the tata motor asking us to pay parking charges service charges to deliver the vehicle outside the service station... we are really backfired by our advocate...the truth was buried by him... no victory for truth... is there any good person with good and honest heart to give suggestion to me then plz guide me to take further action regarding my problem... still I'm believing the people... we purchased our car with very hard earned money... very disappointed by advocate move... we never happier from past 5 years... help me
