Bar reserves right for not letting a customer in. But they cannot be unreasonable and cannot discriminate and the most important they cannot violate your fundamental right!! If you ever file a complain!!t Seek heavy damages!! Then only these bar and restaurant owners will end this discriminatory trend!!

Go to the District Consumer Forum and file a petition ( A lawyer can draft it) and file it!! Either yourself or through a Lawyer!! I suggest seek a Lawyer assistance!!

Wat is the value of the good or service that you needed to be decided in the Consumer Court??

The alternative remedy would be to Lodge a complaint in the State Commission about the District Forum( If you went there) not entertaining or to the National Comission. Or you may go to the High Court file a petition for giving the Consumer Court a direction!!
