    You have Four options. Execute all of them. Civil suit, Criminal case, Consumer complaint and Complaint with RERA whichever applicable. Make sure that you take each and every step for recovery of the promised part of amount or possession. Please get in touch with your nearest lawyer and request him to execute full throttle.

    Yes you can definitely file a complaint with the police as this is a clear case of cheating as the agreement was signed by one of the partners in the firm, now the other partners cannot deny the decision taken by one of their partners in 2009.
