give ur resignation through mail ar personally .... Nd serve them a legal notice with the help of an advocate.... if they didn't replied file a civil matter recovery of dues for more information uh may visit to my office or chamber

First you have to lodge a compliant before the Inspector of factories and he the competent authority.

Get issue a legal notice and approach Civil Court or Labor Court, as may be applicable in your case.

You can not seem relief in Consumer forum. You can seek redressal in Civil court. thanks

its not a consumer issue.. better leave that .. Join some other company if u have offers.. if the aggregate amount is more than ₹50k u can sue against them otherwise send a legal notice and drop if they not turned out .
