File A Case On Company With 20 Employees For My Losses.

All the following talk, chatting & recording is made with that company owner. A web development company have not delivered the product in agreed time (1 month), now it's been 7 months & still they have not delivered it. Because of it we have lost many things from 5 lakhs funding, & other 1.5 lakh. Everyone lost trust in us, we have canceled many family trips, we should have nearly got around 10,000 user for product in mean while time and many more things happened because of it economically & emotionally. 7 months have been wasted. We have been mentioning about our loses to them from months and they have made promises for around 20 times about delivery of product and every time they made promises, we gave promises to our customers, etc(because of it they lost trust on us and many more things happened). I have the recordings of all out conversations with that web development company, emails & whatsapp chat. Website deal price 30,000 and we paid 12,000. & along with this app deal around 20,000. Considering all this and few more, can i file a case for 10 lakh rupees. Conclusion - At the start they sent me mail & message which contains that the product development will be completed in 1 month and it's been 8 months now and for his pleasing we have extended dates for around 20 times and still they haven't completed the product. I gave commitments and money to many people many times based on their dates and everytime i even said this to them that i have given money and commitments to many people, i have voice recording for all those. Apart from that i even lost funding of 5 lakhs for very small share and even i mentioned this before to him that this time if this won't be completed i will be losing funding, but they haven't finished it. And they approached me i didn't approached them and at very 1st day itself i said that we will proceed only if you guarantee us if you guys can complete this in 1month because before giving to them i contacted many companies who guaranteed me that they will complete. Because of time delay i changed many planes in promotion, i lost many users, our competitors grown very big, because of his promises i canceled many trips, i lost trust with my users and friends. 7 months of mental torture. I have been to his office for more than 30 times, called him for more than 100 times ad messaged & mailed him for nearly everyday for past 8 months. Every time he will be saying same this that it will be done and it will be done, every time i will be mentioning the losses i will get if it won't complete and i have recordings of everything(recording of everytime he said that work will be done and he promised and even have messages). Apart from these i even lost nearly 1.5 lakh rupees which i mentioned it to him for around*Phone*times, eveytime he used to say it will be done and give us a last chance. I even asked them many times that if you guys can't do it, let's stop here, but everytime they used to say last chance we will complete from past 5 months. They have around 20 employees and even after they are unable to submit my project on time, just 1 or 2 people worked on this and that too not fully and with in this time they completed many other projects who gave them some higher money and submitted. Even this is there mistake that i even gave them a chance after 2 days of start to estimate money and they even failed in that.
