Hi, Myself Vihari, currently residing in Hyderabad. Bought an Onida Washing Machine in January 2016. Had a major problem which Onida Guys fixed after several follow-ups. Recently again in March-2017 we have faced another issue. We have Complained regarding the same to Onida Service Center in March itself. Until today they didn't fix the issue and even after several follow-ups thet are still giving same answer "Yet to get the Replacement Part". Now I'm literally fed up with their worst service. I would like to drag them Consumers Court. Please guide me how to proceed further and how easy is the process.

Firstly send a notice to Onida Company and service centre. and after expiry of date file a complaint petition in District Consumer Forum with legal notice and other documents in support of affidavit .

You can just give a complaint to the consumer disputes Redressal forum in writing stating the facts. Make a prayer as to what you want. Also attend the forum on the dates.

dear sir u also file consumer complaint in person or through advocate if you are working person it is not easy for you to attend every date of hearing I suggest you hire local lawyer and he draft the complaint for you and file the and you need not to attend every date of hearing
