    This is my response to you: 1. Send them a legal notice; 2. Ask for replacement and compensation for the loss; 3. If they still do not respond then send a legal notice under consumer protection act; 4. If the do not reply to the CPA legal notice then within 30 days file a complaint to district consumer forum for deficiency of services.
